This monitor mount has been solid. The mounting system uses a weird friction clamp to the table but I haven’t experienced any wobbling or stability issues. It’s held my 34 inch curved widescreen in place perfectly. It doesn’t have the adjustability of a swing arm mount but that’s to be expected based off its design. Overall it’s performed perfectly so far over the few weeks I’ve had it.

Mounted an 32" Acer monitor to this stand.

Just got this in this past Sunday and put it together. I won't be critical of the build. Don't think I could be considering it is pretty sturdy. Didn't have an issue putting it together, despite the lack of instructions in the packaging. All of the mounting hardware fit together great, and without an issue except for one small issue I had that wasn't this particular product's fault.

Pros:

Easy to assemble (even without detailed instructions)

All metal construction

Decent height...These pros are self explanatory.

Cons (Not a lot really):

Locking mechanism - I bought this primarily because of it's low profile. It would have been great for my desk to be flush against the wall, but I was willing to deal with a slight gap because of the clamp. Yet the locking mechanism for the monitor's height adjustment sticks far enough out that the slight gap turned into a decent sized gap.

Cable management clip - This little piece of plastic has good intentions, it really does. But for most of us who try to cable manage with velcro straps and various other implements, that clip provided me with very little if any assistance. I think the attempt is commendable, but the double ended clip doesn't live up to it's existence.

Vesa mounting plate - Honestly the plate itself is fine. There were no misaligned holes or whatever. The one included in mine does a great job at rotating and tilting, but swiveling is practically impossible. My monitor rotates so freely that I can almost treat it like the prop on a circa early 1900's aircraft. And it tilts just by staring at it hard enough. But if I try to swivel it, the monitor might come right off the stand.

Wishes:

Make the "wingnut" on the backside of the mount arm the type that you could fold the "wings" down so that it lays flush.

Make the cable management part of the arm so you can hide cables better.

Have the Vesa plate that attaches directly to the monitor come with a tension adjustment.

Besides those few little things, I think this mount works well. Of course time will tell. So if something pops up, I will amend this review.

First of all, to mount the vertical arm on to the clamp, there's no way you could do it by hand. The slot to screw it into wasn't threaded, but it was aluminum. So you are expected to thread it yourself, which I don't see how you could do without a power-tool.
Once that is done, the rest of the assembly is very easy and it's quite sturdy. I've got a 34" Ultra Wide LG monitor on it without any trouble supporting it.

Knocking two stars for having to thread the mount yourself, because let's be honest, most people aren't going to have a drill with the necessary torque and bits to do this.

The one improvement they could make is by adding a gas strut inside the arm so you could adjust it without having to reach behind and unscrew the thumb nut. But for the price, it makes sense.

Cable management could be improved by either routing a channel inside the bracket, or even through the table mount so the rear would also look pleasing.

All in all tho, these gripes are very minor and am extremely satisfied with it. Even if the first box was missing a part.

Like many who have transitioned to working from home, having an ergonomic setup at home that allows you to sit or stand helps a lot!

Before I added this monitor mount I found that there wasn't enough horizontal room on my desktop sit/stand workstation to hold everything I needed (32" monitor, tablet, docking station, paper, phone, etc.). This was primarily because the base of my monitor was very wide. This monitor mount fixed that! The VIVO monitor mount is a sleek design that easily clamps to the table top of the sit/stand workstation, reducing the overall footprint of the monitor significantly.

Setup of the mount was simple using the included instructions. I have experience using other VIVO monitor mounts and the setup was the same. The cable management clips are a nice touch, especially when using this on a sit/stand workstation.

Note: there is a knob at the back of the mount that you tighten to lock the monitor at a certain height. The knob itself is only a 1.5 inches in diameter and 1.5" tall, but it does protrude. So keep this in mind if the monitor will be against a wall as you'll need access to that knob to adjust the monitor height.

Using the standard VESA mount, attaching the monitor was simple and straightforward. For reference, my monitor is 29" wide x 17" tall (~32" diag). Using the mount at the highest setting, the bottom of my monitor is 5 inches above the table. While this mount is able to rotate 90 degrees, my monitor is too wide (tall) to do so.

Overall this mount does what it advertises. The monitor is secure, the mount secures well to the table top, and allows you to get rid of the base that your monitor comes with. Well worth this cost for this. You could also use this mount on a traditional desk (not sit/stand), but VIVO has other articulating mounts for those setups (they work very well too!).
Raising and lowering the monitor is easy: loosen the knob at the back of the mount, move the monitor to the desired height, and tighten the knob. I've been using this mount for over a month and it does not sag.
