Item was shipped very fast and received very quickly(3-4 days). Cover fit perfectly over my printer, an HP Officejet 6500A Plus, even with the document tray in the down/out postition and extended over two-thirds of the way out. It will also fit with it extended all the way out, but I have it adjusted to fit standard paper size to help keep the paper from sliding around. This cover is great since I have a cat and it helps keep it clean from the cat hair and cat dander that tends to settle and collect on everything in sight. Had it for a few weeks now and took it off completely to check how clean the printer has been kept: Astonishing! It looks BRAND NEW still! As if I had just unpacked it. Not a singe bit of dust/dander or hair on it anywhere.
Also, I just leave the cover on the printer even when I print, and leave the printer on 24/7. The cover breathes nicely and doesn't overheat the printer at all. I just lift the edge of the cover up and take out my printed sheet. Same thing when I need to add paper, since it's just under the printout paper tray. Very high quality material.
