    I am an avid user of wired earbuds. I know I'll give in some day for the wireless but not until decent ones are $50 or less. Perhaps if enough cheaper ones continue to do this, then I I'll buy something fancy because it's not worth it to repurchase items that only last a few months. More expensive in the long run.
    I bought these because they had good reviews. They worked well for a while. Sound quality was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the microphone and the ability to change the volume easily. However, with regular, normal use for a couple of months, the wire is fraying. Likely relatedly, one ear no longer produces sound. Sigh. Back to the drawing board.

    Bought Sept. 2018, about 8 mos. ago. After 6 mos. use left earpiece stopped working. I only used for calls and occasional podcast, never got them wet or abused in any way. They were a replacement for my iPhone5s earbuds. I relied on reviews and AMAZ choice, but was badly misled. Totally disappointed with product duration of use.

    3 months! I bought this in October 2018, now it's January 2019 and the right ear-bud has failed. I can't begin to say how disappointed I am about this. Prior to this I really liked these ear-buds. I will note also that these buds fit snugly in your ear but tend to lose that snug fit over time. This might be inevitable but again I was not expecting to worry about this for at least a few more months. That issue I can deal with, especially because the sounds quality is great; but 3 months...? Seriously!?!

    I bought these to listen to anything on my commute to drown out The Others on the train. They do that really well so I am satisfied with them, but there are a couple of things that could be improved.
    The silicone ear 'inserts' do a really good job of isolating me from the noise. They were comfortable right out of the box and the silicone has held up so far.
    The sound is decent. It is a little bass heavy for my tastes, but I know that's what everyone wants these days so I don't have much choice in that. (I'm comparing it to my ATH M50 headphones at work--not really a fair comparison.) Since I never listen to music, it's always a video or talk station, the heavy bass doesn't bother me too much.
    The cord is my biggest complaint. The material is pretty 'sticky' and seems to want to stick to my clothing. When I am walking it seems to always tug on the earbuds because it isn't really 'sliding' along my shirt. It also has a weird texture. It's like there is a wire coiled around the entire length. That adds to the snag factor. It is especially bothersome if I try to put it in an inside coat pocket, then the textured cord really hangs up on the zipper.
    I am happy with these earbuds and they do a good job for what I need them for. If I lost them I don't know that I would buy them again, but that is strictly because of the texture of the cord. If these had a normal, smooth cord they would be worthy of 5 stars.

    I am surprised about all the poor reviews. These ear buds are great, very comfortable and I can hear everything well. I use them with an audio adapter for my iphone. They are also much cheaper and more comfortable than the ear buds my iphone came with. i would buy them again, and no, I am not a plant!

    You get what you pay for. There is no mic as advertised and the sound is tinny. Most of the reviews on this product are fake. Fakespot gives them an F. They also have an Amazing Choice logo that looks similar to the Amazon Choice logo. This is a deceptive company and for that reason alone, you should not purchase these headphones.

    According my my MacBook Pro's audio settings, the "L" marked earbud is wired to the right side and the "R" marked earbud is wired to the left side. I guess that is why these earbuds were so cheap.

    The sound quality seems to be fine, so I'm not really upset that they are wired backwards, since it's easy just to switch sides.

    I had another pair of these that I used on a recent airline flight. I accidentally broke off the plug while I was moving around in and out of my seat, so that's why I give these a 2 out of 5 durability rating.

    The comfort is typical for earbuds and the sound quality is fine.
