Q: Do the earphones work with my device?
A: if the device is equipped with Bluetooth version 4.0 or higher, iOS, Android and Windows.
Q: if the volume is not strong enough?
A: Please give it away via the device. There is no volume control button on the earphones due to the small size and compact design. The manufacturer always sets a standard volume to reproduce a beautiful sound and protect the hearing.
Warning: if there are connection problems (there is only one working headset or both earphones do not connect to each other or so on), just reset!
– Delete the recognition between the earphones and all the devices.
