When you use the Weepo US X11 TWS true wireless earbuds for the first time, the earbuds are in the charging case, please check :
(1) Remove the plastic firm on charging contact point under the earbuds and get the earbuds back in the case charging till fully charged.
(2) Take the earbuds out of the charging case, then they will automatically turn on and waiting for paring.
(3) Connect the “X11” to your phone via Bluetooth settings menu.
You need to pair with your device manually for the first connection, the earbuds will turn on and connect your smart phone automatically next time when removed from the case, automatically turn off and charge when put back in the case.
Note:
(1) To enhance better Bluetooth connection stability, Do not forget to keep your earbuds charged when in low battery life to achieve better Bluetooth connection, protect your battery and also deliver excellent EXTRA BASS.
(2) Please choose suitable ear tips and wear your headphone tightly at any time, it will help to offer amazing sound quality, deep bass and better noise isolation.
If you have trouble to get this earbuds back to true stereo mode.Please follow the Factory Reset Procedure to get back to true stereo mode.
The way to Factory Reset Procedure:
1.Delete all paired Bluetooth devices in your cell phones.
2.Turn off your Bluetooth on your cell phone.
3.Remove both the earbuds from charging case at the same time,both headphones will power on automatically then long press the button at the same time，you will hear a voice of”beep”,then the system voice will prompt”power off”,the same as “power on”
