Q: Where to find this devices product key?
A: It come with a CD and packed by a Envelope. The key number is sticked on the Envelope bag.
Q: Apparently for 32bit os. does not work with 64bit 10.13.5 high sierra. where can i find proper software?
A: For this unit, it doesn’t support 64 bit 10.13 version at present, it works all 64bit versions before 10.13. The factory engineer is going to do testing for that. But it’s not possible at present.
Q: Do you have to buy connectors for the ps 3? how this device work?
A: This device support Composite or S-video and R/L audio input. Please check if your PS 3 support composite or s-video output. Yes, it can work.
