These L hooks are not compatible with iMacs, or really any monitor with even a slight curvature on the edges. The "command" strips are weak; they will not even adhere strongly to my desk surface (my second option since these are not compatible with my iMac). Basically, I wasted $10.Would not recommend.
Some people complain about the adhesive not working, but mine has been fine. Anyone who has ever used one of those removable Command strip / hooks to hang something should know to CLEAN the area first with plain rubbing alcohol. That's precisely what I did. I cleaned the corner of my monitor that I intended to put it on and have had zero issues with it. It holds my headset like a champ!
Used 3m double sided strong tape after original tape failed. Great design. Metal bracket can hold weight of two headphones. Be sure to clean surface dust with alcohol, let dry, then after applying tape, don't put any weight for 24 hours.

While the bracket itself is very strong, the biggest design flaw is the 90 bend that is suppose to mount to the monitor has a wide bend in it, which doesn't allow the bracket to fit flush with either the top or the side of the monitor. Poor oversight and would look for a new product next time.
Clean simple and effective. Not flimsy like plastic ones. Attaching method is simple (there seems to be screw hole at top to reinforce it if not used on monitor). 3M tape do work. However, wish this kit included a little thicker 3M tape with surface prep kit from 3M. Without the surface prep, it eventually started getting lose from weight of headphone. I happened to have prep kit and thicker 3M tape which did the trick for me. Also, maybe good idea to let users know that pressure is what makes the 3M tape to bond well. Don't remember seeing it well in instruction.
I am in college and live in a small dorm and this was perfect for holding my headphones, It is held with sticky 3M material tape so do not worry about heavy headphones I personally hang both my gaming headphones and my beats on them at the same time and it handles the job just fine.
